For over ten years WSA's recruiting business has been making introductions to superior bilingual specialists. Building on our experience in this area, and in response to demand from many client companies and registered candidates, WSA is now offering temporary staffing solutions and temp-to-permanent trial placements for bilingual specialists. Our areas of focus include Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, and Banking back office operations.

Japan is currently facing a serious labor shortage as the economy experiences a comeback. This is also being compounded by the mass retirement of baby-boomers beginning in 2007. Furthermore, because Japanese business culture traditionally does not focus on developing specialists. As a result, there is a serious lack of bilingual professionals in the general population. This environment presents serious challenges to any business operating in Japan.
