Therefore, we offer you to hold an English skill test at our office when you have a face to face counseling with our consultant.

Q. What is “counseling” with consultant?

A. When you visit WSA office at the scheduled time, our consultant will ask about your needs and career goals, as well as your job history in detail. This will be followed by an English skills test. If you are not available to work immediately, you need to inform your availability date. The process usually takes around 1.5 hours in total.

Q. Is it possible to work immediately after the formal registration?

A. If there is a matching job between you and our client, you will able to work immediately after the formal registration at our office.

Q. What is the difference between temp staffing and tem to perm staffing?

A. Temporary Staffing contracts involve a three way contractual relationship formed between a client company, a temporary staffing agency (WSA), and a temporary employee (registered staff). The client company is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the temporary staff, whereas the contract of employment is not required to hire as a full time employee in the future.

In contrast, for temp to perm, the staffing agency dispatches a temporary worker to the client company for a predetermined period of time, up to a maximum of 6 months. At commencement of the contract, it is agreed that the worker may be hired as a full-time employee when the contract finishes. This approach gives the worker an opportunity to experience the company culture before making a long-term commitment, and to see if the job responsibilities and environment is right for them.

Q. Am I eligible to join labor insurance and social insurance?

A. WSA is an authorized organization for labor insurance and social insurance but all insurance is not applied to all registered staff. For labor insurance, it is applied to all registered staff for the workmen's accident compensation insurance, however for social insurance and the other insurances these differ according to working conditions. Please contact WSA Haken staffing division for more details.

Q. When is my pay day if I become a Haken staff?

A. At WSA, we pay your salary twice a month, every 15th and end of the month. We have been receiving positive feedbacks from the registered staffs that it is easy to make a scheduled money plan.

Q. What kind of job would you introduce to me once the registration is completed?

A. WSA introduces you Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, or Banking back-office operations from the foreign based client companies. We do not offer for the daily employment or the short-term dispatch so that stable working plan would be possible. Required ability for language and specialty is different from client and position. Thus, we will offer you to hold an English skill test at our office when you have a face to face counseling with our consultant.
