Contract Staffing (Haken) contracts involve a three way contractual relationship formed between the client company, the contract staffing agency (WSA) and the contract employee. WSA offers a pool of high quality contract staff who are available to be dispatched to client companies.

Client companies are responsible for the day-to-day supervision of disptached staff, whereas the salary and contract of employment are held by the contractual employer (WSA).
