This client is one of the top leading Investment Management company in Japan, delivering high standard of solutions to both corporate and indivisual investors.
Responsibilities
* Produce and distribute monthly & quarterly disclosure reports to pension funds (both public and private), financial insititutions and overseas clients.
* Data provision to pension consultants, handling ad hoc requests from clients and Marketing department.
* Coordination of new account/product launch
* Administration of account information on a global system
Requirements
* Minimum 2 year experience in Financial Industry preferably in IAC reporting (public pension reporting experience is a plus)
* Basic knowledge of investment management laws and regulations, various investment products, investment scheme/vehicle, accounting, performance measurement and analysis.
* Strong communication skill in both Japanese and English.
* Good interpersonal skills and project management skill.
* Be familiar with applications such as Bloomberg, Factset and Barra.
* PC literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
