Our client is a small but fast growing business with operations across Japan - Retail/Services Business
Responsibilities
*Recruiting for both of regular, contracted and temporary staff
*Payroll and operations including evaluations & social benefit programs
*Assess Training needs of the managers and employees
*Follow up on other projects that are HR related
*Manage 2 staff
Requirements
*Must be able to work independently
*5 years HR experience is preferred; 2 yaers as a Generalist
*Good communication in English - 800 plus TOEIC
*Experience in a foreign business is needed
Additional Notes
Remuneration: The right candidate will be paid 7-10 million depending on experience
