Responsibilities

*Be responsible for leading the development of intra-company systems
*Make detailed specifications based on general business requirements
*Lead the development based on the specifications
*Support the testing and post-implementation trouble shooting
*Coordinate between global company offices on both an international and regional level

Requirements

*Experience of development with web technologies such as .net, Java etc
*An understanding of SQL
*At least 2 years experience as a system engineer or programmer
*A basic understanding of Database Management Systems such as Oracle, SQL Server etc is desirable
*An outgoing personality with the ambition and potential to progress to lead or manager positions in the future

Preferred Experience

*Experience as a system engineer or programmer

Desired Traits

*Good communication skills with business level Japanese and at least upper-intermediate English
