Responsibilities

*Works closely with the customer during the early design and development stages
*Manages large scale industrial projects like building dams and power plants. Also creates sales strategy for future business development
*Develop specifications for new product or modifications on existing product and submit to design engineering to ensure that customer/market needs are met

Requirements

*10-15 years experience with heavy machinery or plant engineering sales or project management
*Experience working with an international company or for a Japanese company dealing with international business (Business Level English)
*Degree in engineering or a strong technical background
*Management experience
