Overview

*Head of finance in growing luxury brand

Company Description

*This company is a European luxury brand with a small operation in Japan
*They are looking for a dynamic candidate to develop their back office in order to help grow the prestigious brand

Responsibilities

*Report to CEO in Japan as well as head office in France and to shareholders in both Japan and Italy with responsibility for overseeing all of the accounting and finance, IT and HR functions to ensure continuity of daily operations
*Financial reporting, balance sheet, cash flow, income statements, financial statements, etc.
*Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
*Responsible for growing and developing back office operations
*Improve the internal controls of the company by creating a set of local operating procedures

Requirements

*Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in finance and accounting fields
*Consumer goods and/or luxury brand experience
*Business level English and native Japanese language ability
*JGAAP, IFRS/IAS knowledge preferred
*University degree in finance, accounting, and/or related fields preferred
