Company Description

This company is one of the major corporations in automotive components

Responsibilities

 Meet regularly with Management and Sales to discus s and evaluate their communication needs
 Consults and supports external agencies and vendor s to develop creative communication programs and materials
 Create and realize promotional and advertising mat erials as well as PR for the respective communication channels each Division
 Coordinate communications projects with vendors an d contractors for the development and production of promotional materials, campaigns, fairs / exhibitions and other collateral
 Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to the MANN+HUMMEL brand guidelines
 Monitors the marketing budget each Division and in itiates corrective action in coordination with Sales and / or Division
 Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
 Gather data on competitors and analyze their price s, sales, and method of marketing and distribution
 Collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals
 Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
 Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction
 Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature

Requirements

 English (Business) Japanese (Native)
 Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
 Able to update Website (Experience to run the Website)

Preferred Experience

 5 years relevant experience preferably in the retail industry (or Auto related industry)
