* Our client is a Japanese financial company with a global mindset that is looking to hire a talented bilingual HR professional

Responsibilities

*Strategically driving cultural diversity and global awareness in the company through HR projects and initiatives
*Acting as a primary liasion and HR generalist supporting expatriates and locally hired foreign nationals
*Promoting global initiatives and working to align HQ HR strategy with overseas subsidiaries
*This position will be stand-alone, but may present the opportunity to build a team and take on a management role

Requirements

*Strong HR experience, preferably in both foreign and domestic institutions
*Superior bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English
*Japanese fluency is required
*Flexibility and the ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
*Experience living and working overseas is a plus
*Financial industry experience is also a plus

Preferred Experience

*International/overseas HR experience
*Experience working for both domestic and foreign capital companies
*Experience working with Japanese employees side-by-side with non-Japanese employees
*Experience managing projects
