Responsibilities

* Corporate financial accounting for Real Estate Department
* Financial Statement preparation and review in compliance with J-GAAP and US-GAAP
* P/L reconciliation, B/S reconciliation,
* Management reporting, expense analysis, various project support
* Manage the RE controllers staff in Japan and abroad
* Maintain the custody of the RE business
* Aid the officer in charge and contribute to the planning and growth and reorganization of the business

Requirements

* Bilingual English/Japanese
* Excel, Access and Windows Office Accounting Knowledge
* Accounting major or US CPA preferred
* Nissho 2nd, 1st level
* Solid working experience in an accounting section
