Responsibilities

* This position works closely with the Manager, HR business partner to plan and recommend Human Resources development strategy.
* Based upon Human Resources development strategy, this position formulates and manages the development program that can lead internal human personnel to become higher performers for continuous business growth
* Work closely with managers in each department, this position recommends and manages the personnel development program to support the organizational development
* This position needs to improve curriculum and management of Learning & Development by controlling the training records and data
* Plan budgets of personnel development and operate appropriate budget control
* Provide personnel management support and solutions as business partner for each department on timely basis

Requirements

* Appropriate skills and abilities to communicate with employees, to work with venders, and prepare documents
* Native level Japanese and business level English

Preferred Experience

* More than 5 years experience as a staff or consultant in an Human Resources planning department or Human Resources development areas
