*Currently, seeking a Finance Manager to control the Accounting and work with the 2 Managing Directors to develop strategic forecasts

Responsibilities

*Month end/Quarter Close
Maintain close calendar
Coordinate & drive monthly/quarterly close conference calls
Liaison between the US, Singapore, and local shared services AR & GL
Monthly/Quarterly journal entries/accruals
Monthly/Quarterly Trial Balance/P&L Analysis
Account Reconciliations
Bad Debt Reserve Analysis
*Quarter Close Representative Checklist
*Work interdepartmentally on all Marketing Promotion activities
*Work with Label Division on all song code deals
Profitability Analysis
Logistics
Contract Review
Accounting Implications
Deal Profitability Summary
*Work with Legal on Label & Publishing Society Contracts
Translate Japanese contracts and fill out Contract Summary Template (to be provided)
Tickler file for contract renewal
Payments to Labels & Publishing Societies
*Handle Label Audits (if necessary)
*Japan prepaid card deals
Contracts negotiation
Contracts Summary
Sell In vs. Sell Thru Reporting
MDF Program
*Accounts Receivable
Research & resolve collection issues
*Japan Op Ex, COGS, OCOGS, & Capital Expenditures
eApproval routing
Op Ex forecast

*Japan Statutory Reporting & Audit

Requirements

*The most important requirement is a stable candidate with experience and the desire to handle ALL Accounting & Finance operations of a 12 person company
*Minimum 7 years Accounting & Finance experience
*Confidence to use spoken English on a daily basis
*SAP knowledge a plus
