Company Description

*All eyes are on this cutting-edge computer hardware company as they create tomorrow's new technologies
*Currently, seeking experienced, business focused Senior Analysts to work side-by-side with the Sales and Marketing teams

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include tracking financial metrics and business management processes for each business unit
including tasks and projects listed below:
*annual business plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts of department expense (OPEX) budgeting
*monthly/quarterly performance variance analysis with actual tracking
*supporting department heads by providing financial metrics to help their business decisions/targets
*ad-hoc metrics reporting for senior management to assist the manager
*Supporting the manager by proactively taking a leadership role to keep the team together and ensure the efficient operation of the team
Additional Responsibilities in the Future
*The role may be extended not only to OPEX related projects but also to whole P/L consolidation with various analysis by leading the team managing whole day-to-day operations under P/L and OPEX (Sales, Marketing, Operation, G&A), including planning, forecasting, tracking, analyzing and reporting spend against plan, and providing proactive finance support to the Japan budget holders and Executives.

Requirements

* Strong financial background with business experience (inclusive of accounting)
*Strong business English proficiency
* Teamwork spirit & self starter
*Positive, proactive and open attitude

Preferred Experience

*Experience in using enterprise computer system software (eg. SAP) in addition to general business applications (eg. MS Office)
