This company is a major multinational consulting company

Responsibilities

* Act as a project leader on application projects
* Speak with business users and gather their requirements in order to turn them into technical requirements
* Support the financial reporting system development
* Develop and improve the Database systems
* Some Lotus Notes administration and 2nd level applications support

Requirements

* At least 5 years of IT experience
* Lotus Notes Script and Domino Administration experience highly desirable
* Domino Database development experience
* Good communication skills with fluent Japanese and business-level English
* Excellent natural leadership skills and the ambition to be a manager in the future

Preferred Experience

* Must be constantly looking to learn technical skills
* Able to communicate well with both business users and technical staff
