Responsibilities

* Manage all recruitment activities
* Plan and execute recruitment strategies and staffing among group companies
*Manage and control recruitment costs and agencies.
* Manage and oversea all temporary employees
* Establish appropriate work flow for recruitment and staffing
* Create new solutions for recruiting, not just handle recruiting
* Continually develop in areas outside the function of Recruiting to develop further as an HR professional
* Communicate directly with line managers giving market information to help fill, and staff groups and business units

Requirements

* Strong background in IT Recruiting
* Desire to develop in HR to replace current HR Head
* Ability to work in both Japanese and English

Preferred Experience

* Experience working in working in an international environment
