Responsibilities

*Manage all Business Intelligence projects
*Utilize BI subject matter expertise to strategize about reporting models and tools
*Work closely with local and global teams to design, development, implement, and enhance BI applications
*Improve BI visibility for use by the sales force and senior management
*Create awareness and drive adoption of new BI solutions

Requirements

*Minimum of 3 years of Business Intelligence or Data Management experience
*Proactive and highly motivated to help create this major new division from the ground up
*Extensive Project Management skills, certification preferred (PMP, DMAIC, etc)
*Data analysis, report design, and database skills (MS Access, Business Objects)

*XI, Web Intelligence, Xcelcius
