Company Description

This company is a massive multinational pharmaceutical-related company focused on researching and developing cures for various illnesses

Responsibilities

*Communicate with end users in all departments to gain an understanding of their current business processes as well as current systems
*Communicate business needs with the IT department and carry out system solution proposals in line with business needs and IT capabilities
*Focus on both the implementation of new systems and the development, repair and upgrade of existing systems
*Be involved in all stages of planning in coordination with individual teams with from scoping, making proposals, project planning, implementation and post-implementation
*Be responsible for ensuring that global IT policies are observed and that changes in business processes are visibly improved and fully adhered to

Requirements

*Experience working in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical industries
*Strong analysis and project management experience
*Excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical Japanese and English
*Experience with clinical trial management systems, such as Siebel Clinical etc is highly desirable
*An understanding of good clinical practices and common technical documents is desirable

Preferred Experience

*Global project experience and qualifications such as PMP are desirable
