Responsibilities

Provide day to day support, hardware/software installation, configuration and implementation
Coordinate with headquarter and subsidiaries on SAP and IT issues
Maintain the assets control of IT hardware & software

Requirements

5yrs+ technical support experience
Knowledge of hardware and software for Microsoft server
Experience in trouble shooting PC and server problems
English(Fluent) Japanese (Native Level)

Preferred Experience

Hardware and software for Microsoft server experience

Desired Traits

Good wide experience of infrastructure and application side
