Responsibilities

Act as 1st and 2nd level support
Acts as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with IT related incidents Work close with the other IT groups ensuring knowledge transfer on projects and implemented IT changes

Requirements

Good skill of 1st level IT Support, and 2nd level Support
Good Communication skill (Customer service attitude)
English (Business level)

Preferred Experience

Help desk skill and English for global project

Desired Traits

Likes using English communication in international environment
