Company Description

*An International Consumer Goods(Cosmetics & Nutrition) Firm is seeking a leader to control financial processes
*With #2 market share worldwide and in Japan the company is using Japan as a springboard into Asia
*Currently seeking an FP&A Manager with strong bilingual ability to create a budgeting system and maintain internal processes

Responsibilities

*Responsible for leading Planning & Analysis team of 2 staff
*Create and implement budgeting system for each department
*Monitor budgeting timelines for all divisions
*Develop forecasting and budget processes to be rolled out company-wide
*Work closely with CFO to manage financial analysis workflow
*Handle internal and external inquiries regarding the budgeting and reporting processes

Requirements

*Minimum 5 years Planning & Analysis experience
*Working knowledge of SAP
*Excellent Microsoft Excel skills for daily
reports
*Strong verbal and written English skills for conferences with Native speakers(TOEIC 850+)
*Native Level Japanese

Preferred Experience

*Experience in leading projects to improve processes
*US CPA preferred, or strong statutory accounting knowledge and experience
