Responsibilities
* Handle all tasks related to the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare such as negotiations, and application procedures, as well as observing drug legislations, in order to maintain smooth operation of pharmaceutial affairs
* Work with US Headquarters in selecting and introducing new products to the Japanese market
* Handle all procedures necessary for application to various government authorities
* Negotiations with the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and other authorities concerned
* Coordination with other divisions to accomplish tasks
Requirements
* Pharmacist license holder
* At least 5 years working experience related to pharmaceutical affairs in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
* English Level: Business level ( Must be able to communicate with members of the pharmaceutical division of US Headquarters both by e-mail and telephone)
* Japanese level: Native level / Fluent
* Presently residing in Japan
Preferred Experience
* Experience as member of development project is desirable
Desired Traits
* Functional experience dealing with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency, and other agencies, or work experience at a pharmaceutical industry association
* Basic Excel / Word /PC skill
