Company Description

Responsibilities

* Enhance existing systems and implement new systems with defining the user requirements in Finance Group and HR
* Oversee system activities and processes
* Manage coordinating user testing, training, and manuals
* Work directly with US IS team to improve and maintain systems in the responsibility for SAP FICO
* Manage vendors for HR system
* Report to Senior Manager

Requirements

* Experience in designing, developing, and testing finance systems
* Business knowledge of accounting and finance
* Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Experience

* Experience of implementing and support project of ERP system
* Experience in SAP Inventory Management and Fixed Asset
* Technical skill of ABAP
* Experiences in HR systems
* Experience in developing middleware platforms

Desired Traits

* Strong communication and facilitation skills in Japanese, and experience in partnering with business users and other IS team members in English
* Strong inter-personal and organization skills and initiative
* Adaptable and flexible person
* Person who has strong sense of responsibility
