Portfolio Reporting Analyst in a major international buy-side firm

Company Description

Major international buy-side firm, with a retail and instutional investmenbt management focus

Responsibilities

*Production of reporting material for clients (mainly for pension funds)
*Data maintenance and analysis for production
*Writing commentary of investment
*Ability to write accurate and concise commentary in Japanese and English

Requirements

*Good knowledge of investment in Equity and Fixed Income (attainments equal to or higher than level I candidate of CMA/CFA)
*Extensive knowledge of market and capability to undertake information gathering
*High ability of data processing
*Good with EXCEL (especially acquainted with various EXCEL functions)
*Ability to work with originality and ingenuity
*More than 3 years experience with reporting in financial institution
*Experience: Information and Data Vendor like Bloomberg /Datastream, Risk/Performance analyzing software tool like Barra Aegis, Vestek, Style Research and etc.
*Useful experience of commentary, portfolio analysis
*Operational experience as Fund Manager/Assistant preferred, or experience as investment consultant in financial industry
*Programming skill utilizing VBA, SQL and etc.

*EXCEL (especially acquainted with various EXCEL functions)
*Experience with reporting in financial institution
