Globally well known investment bank. The firm is top ranked in its financing and risk management services to its large corporate, government, institutional clients

Responsibilities

*Manage NAV calculation and delivery process, and trouble shooting in relation to NAV calculation
*Manage new fund launch preparation process
*Prepare fund data set to be delivered to fund auditor based on auditor's request
*Prepare fund financials (BS and PL statements) for disclosure purpose
*Manage other disclosure processes for public funds
*Responsible for regulatory reporting to JFSA, ITAJ and BOJ

Requirements

*Experienced in T-Star
*Experienced in handling foreign currency denominated securities (both of equities and bonds)
*Strong PC skills in Word, Excel and Access
*Excellent English skill (writing and reading skill at least)
*Experienced in the whole process of fund accounting, from trade reconciliation to NAV distribution
*Trouble shooting capabilities on the process of NAV administration
*Experienced in preparation of fund financials (BS & PL statements) for disclosure purpose
*Skilled in the preparation of fund data sets to fund auditor
*Experienced in disclosure business in public funds
*Experienced in regulatory reporting to JFSA, ITAJ and BOJ

Preferred Experience

*PC skills in Word, Excel and Access
