Company Description

* Casual luxury brands for women and men

Responsibilities

* Overall management of HR for both distribution group and retail group.
* Management of one staff, monthly payroll/retirement/bonus (including journal entries in Navision), year-end adjustments, and social insurance related matters, hiring, interviewing and evaluation system
* Responsible for HR related reports and other requested data/reports for both local management and the Parent.
* To maintain the integrity of the employee data and variety of data.
* To ensure that current applicable laws, regulations and contract requirements are met.
* Recruiting
* Training employees and staff
* Restructuring HR System (Incentive Plan, Coorperate Planning)

Requirements

* Strong verbal and writing communication skills in both Japanese

Preferred Experience

* Management Experience
* HR experience in retail industry
