Responsibilities

* After analysis and discussion with operational divisions and joint-ventures propose a yearly training budget to be approved
* Prepare content and conduct introductory training for new recruits (bi-monthly) and regular training programs (twice a year)
* Coordinate and implement the approved training programs using internal and external resources for skills/knowledge development training
* Contribute to the employees satisfaction and stability through points 2 & 3 and by keeping a positive and constructive atmosphere, developing the company spirit at all levels
* Plan and implement recruitment for office staff (non managers) and part of the shop staff in line with company recruiting time frame and cost benchmark.
* Propose actively new schemes and possible improvements on all the processes to gain productivity and efficacy
* Assist in supporting divisions and JVs General Managers in updating their structures and clear job descriptions and responsibilities
* Assist HR Manager on specific requests related to HR matters in order to improve the whole company cohesion & efficacy

Requirements

* University Degree preferred
* Experience in HR for at least 5 years, especially in recruitment and training
* Good English Command (TOEIC 700+)
