Company Description

This company is the world's largest distributor of communication products used to connect voice, video, data, and security systems. It is the leading provider of electrical and electronic wire and cable, and a leading distributor of fasteners and other small parts ("C" class inventory components) to original equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

•Aggressively create and manage sales opportunities from our list of Multinational and Global Account customers. Create account plans and conduct sales calls at all levels of our Target accounts,
•Candidate will have the responsibility for Total Value Selling of Enterprise Cabling Solutions, Wire & Cable, Physical Security Solutions, Wireless/Mobility Solutions and Supply Chain Solutions,
•Expert knowledge of IT cabling products and services offerings is preferred, with proven achievement, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, as well as strong project and time management skills,
•A percentage of his/her time is also to be spent on prospecting and developing new End User customers and new sales opportunities,
•Candidate will also be expected to manage the in country relationship with Anixter’s Key Manufacturers and Business Partners. Managing the existing Pipelines and regularly meeting to discuss Account Strategies and development plans.
•Candidate will provide clients with the infrastructure they need to support their core business, enhance their competitive advantage and provide value to their customers and shareholders. He/she will formulate creative marketing plans and build new and maintain existing relationships by consistently providing a superior level of service, support and added value

Requirements

•Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineer or relevant discipline,
•Result oriented with good track record in sales, development of accounts, analytical with ability to influence customers,
•Experience in Structured cabling, Security & Networking solutions is an added advantage,
•3-5 years relevant sales experience,
•Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications,
•Ability to work with customers on resolution of technical issues,

Preferred Experience

•Good level of proficiency in written/conversational English,
