Responsibilities
As an Applications Support, the candidate will be responsible for providing user support for the firm's Front and Back Office systems. Further, this role will be responsible for liaising with support teams in Singapore with regards to enhancement requests and error reports. Other responsibility includes, but not limited to, performing UAT and coordinating software releases. There will also be a significant portion of time(about50%) dedicated to helpdesk tasks
Requirements
*Advanced Japanese and English Language ability required
*Experienced in Software Support
*Experienced in IT Infrastructure
*Helpdesk experience
