Responsibilities
(Account Management)
* Assume responsibility for multiple retainer accounts & projects within the same or different practices or fields
* Develop launch strategies, product positioning, messaging & creative tactical ideas
* Anticipate & work with your team to resolve potential problems
* Identifying key areas in the work process & organization to be improved or introduce new processes to enhance the environment and increase efficiency for added value to our clients
* Supervising the account servicing team to ensure they carry out their roles in a professional, efficient and effective manner
* Foster and maintain contact with clients
* Set and drive PR programs to meet metrics
* Take responsibility for the success of company accounts
* Focus on cultivating relationships with clients, influencers and VIPs
* Possess a strong orientation toward maintaining a solid, profitable client roster
* Take initiative on programs to strengthen the companies capabilities & resources including media database, support, advise on the development of other proprietary tools
(Media Relations)
* Ability to interact with media and develop/maintain network of contacts particularly with IT, business and general media
* Develop stronger relations with media as well as other opinion leaders including analysts
* Advise GM on hiring needs and refer candidates to ensure high-quality recruiting program (hiring of successful clients will be reflected in year-end bonus)
* Understanding the brand you are serving
* Attending meetings & following up on all matters raised
Requirements
* Demonstrate superior writing skills in Japanese and basic skills in English

Our client will pay up to Yen 13,000,000 for an Account Manager and up to Yen 10,000,000 for the Senior Account Executive
