Responsibilities
*Be responsible for the planning and implementation of the company’s CRM related projects for Japan
*Maintain and support the existing web site with regards to its interaction with the company’s CRM functions
*Communicate regularly with and lead IT vendors on CRM and e-Commerce related activities
*Gather requirements from other IT areas and business users and work with project team members in making decisions on project requirements, options, scope, risks etc
*Coordinate with other internal departments as well as global and regional offices on the company’s local IT and marketing strategies and ensure that the CRM systems will integrate efficiently and effectively both in the short and long terms
Requirements
*An understanding of CRM functionalities and their relation to retail or consumer goods business
*3 or more years of IT project management experience
*Excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
*Ability to communicate technically and non-technically in both English and Japanese
Preferred Experience
*Experience with the following advantageous but not required:e-commerce, data analysis, object oriented language, international project experience
