Responsibilities

This position is fully responsible for HR system, compensation & benefits to maintain and improve the quality of HR data system, guidelines and programs.

• Manage HR Planning Team
• Supervise one HRMS & benefits coordinator (shain) and HRMS data clerk (temp staff)
• Be responsible for performance management and development of the team
• HR Rules and Guidelines
• Develop and maintain SOX documents regarding compensation and benefits
• Incentive Scheme
• HRMS and Benefits Management

Requirements

• College degree
• At least 5 years comp & benefits experiences
