Responsibilities

*Financial Support (60%)
*Business Planning/process
*Monthly/Quarterly Closing (Co-work with accounting dept.)
*Timely and effective analysis for business drive and make recovery plans, control investment and expenses for the business objective achievement
*Management Support (30%)
*Strategy for the respective business growth supporting franchise leaders
*Challenge franchise head as core strategy partner within the franchise
*Total Company Project (10%)

Requirements

*Solid 5 years of experience in managerial accounting and business planning
*Previous hands-on experience with financial accounting and a basis of compliance highly preferred
*Previous experience in large Japanese companies is preferred
