Company Description

*Our client is a famous European retail company that is rapidly growing in Japan

Responsibilities

*Coordinate yearly audit by external auditor
*Ensure adequate planning, execution and follow up of year-end closure process
*Responsible for complete,accurate and timely financial tax and ad-hoc reporting
*Perform plausibility checks/variance analysis on basis of relevant reports
*Implementation of Global Accounting Common Working Routines and development of adequate local work procedures

Requirements

*Bachelors degree
*5 to 10 years experience in general accounting
*CPA or Japan CPA is highly desired
*Strong English language skill in order to communicate with non-Japanese business partners

Preferred Experience

*Experience in general accounting
