Unique opportunity to be a member of a start-up company in Japan and work with overseas business partners

Company Description

A European logistics/procurement company is starting up operations in Japan and needs an experience finance manager to set-up the Japan finance team and work as a member of the executive committee to grow the business

Responsibilities

*Preparation of monthly managenemt account for submission to headquarter in Europe
*Ensure proper month-end process in line with corporate requirements
*Cash flow management and forecasting
*Provide business and financial support to the local management team
*Liaise with Japanese tax and financial auditors

Requirements

*Previous start-up company experience highly preferred
*High-level English communication, as necessary for contact with headquarter

Preferred Experience

*10 to 15 years experience with all areas of financial and managerial accounting

Desired Traits

*Formal accounting qualification like CPA of Boki is preferred
