Responsibilities

* Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for the Japan market
* Work with regional and global purchasing team to provide cost reduction
* Conduct supplier reviews and manage supplier relationships
* Negotiate annual price reductions with Japan suppliers to support materials budget

Requirements

* Technical, automotive, or plastics industry knowledge
* 4 years exp purchasing strategy, sourcing, supplier negotiation etc
* Strong leadership ability and result focus oriented
* English communication skill
