A world-famous US entertainment company in the television and motion-picture industry. Seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and grow a team of 3 staff.

Responsibilities

*Oversee all accounting functions including income statement, balance sheet, AP, AR and SOX compliance.
*Provide in-depth analysis of financial information for senior management decision-making
*Tax planning and compliance with Japanese laws, GAAP and SOX

Requirements

*10 years experience in accounting
*5 years experience as an accounting manager or controller

Preferred Experience

*Knowledge of GAAP and Japanese commercial code

Desired Traits

*US or Japan CPA preferred
