Responsibilities
As the CRM Manager you will
* plan the annual CRM activities
* develop Direct Marketing campaigns
* develop customer service initiatives
* design and review top-line analysis of customer segmentation
* report CRM results to all stakeholders
* manage CRM-related budget for maximum effectiveness
* be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the customer database system
Requirements
* Minimum of eight years of business experience and five years in a CRM role in a customer-focused company
* Strong planning and collaborative skills
* Analytical and financial skills
* Business level English and native level Japanese
