One of the top investment banking is lookin for a business manager in their research division

Responsibilities

This role would face off with all levels of Research and internal stakeholders of Research, and is responsible for supporting the senior managers of the division with management and administration of the division and its human capital. The position provides an opportunity to apply organizational and communicational skills as well as product and industry knowledge while obtaining exposure to broader operations responsibilities. The person taking the position would have an opportunity to grow the position with his/her career progression.

*Liaison with senior research and business unit management.
*Liaison with global research management groups.
*Analysis of financial and production metrics. Business modeling of research operations and projects. Creation and analysis of cost allocation methodologies.
*Business planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and presentation.

Requirements

*Ablity to gather and communicate Research initiatives/view to senior management through written and oral means.
*Must have business level communication skills (written and oral) in both Japanese and English
*PC SKILLS – especially Excel and Powerpoint

Preferred Experience

*Industry knwoledge preferred
*Preferred to have resarch knowledge but not a must
