*Our client is a overall healthcare company with a mission to improve people's health in the world with their consumer healthcare brand products.

Responsibilities

*Brand strategy development and implementation (short-long term)
*Annual brand plan development and implementation
*Brand communication (ATL/BTL) development with agencies
*Consumer and market analysis (retail audit, consumer research, sales data)
*Product development and cross functional leadership for projects
*Brand budget control and delivery(Sales/A&P/P&L)
*Regional/global communication

Requirements

*Basic knowledge around marketing, sales and finance
*Concept writing and product/communication development skills
*Fluency in English and Japanese (verbal and writing)
*Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Preferred Experience

*Agency management and cross functional project management skills

Desired Traits

*Logical thinking, analytical skills and presentation skills
*Negotiation and ommunication skills dealing with internal counter parts as well as external counter parts (such as agency/distributor)
