Responsibilities

* Plan, coordinate and implement business strategies by effectively manage stores and the managers to deliver its quantitative & qualitative objectives, including sales turnover, recruit & develop store staff
* Provide consultative support & coaching to store managers and staff whenever necessary to motivate & improve their performance
* Participate in preparing annual budget planning and in product management reviews
* Efficiently deal with key personnel of department stores to develop & maintain strong relationship with them as core business partners
* Coordinate and negotiate with department stores for seasonal sale events and special promotional events
* Work closely with merchandising team to optimize the product delivery, stock level and visual merchandising
Analyze market trends and positioning that affects the business and propose proactive action plan to develop the business

Requirements

* Minimum 10 years in sales/retail management, such as experiences in luxury/fashion/accessories/jewelry and/or in department store required
* Good human network in these industry preferable
* Above mentioned practical experiences in foreign-based & luxury company/brand preferable
