*Real estate investment evaluation, purchase and market research
*Analysis related to business
*Due diligence, contract of sale contracts and loan-related trust agreements
*Conclusion of the negotiations process

Requirements

*Experience with commercial, office, hotel and logistics facilities is desirable
*Experience in the brokerage business
*Takken lincense
*English language skills are essential

Preferred Experience

*Business sector experience in banking and property trust, real-estate appraisal, purchase and sale agreement, trust agreement and loan contracts
