*Accounting Manager in International Real Estate Investor

Company Description

*My client is a leader in Real Estate investment and Asset Management business
*Continually generating superior investment returns for investors
*Seeking a talented Accounting Manager to engage in Japanese fund reporting as well as to the US

Responsibilities

*Supervise up to 6-people as well as oversee outsourcing accounting company
*Responsible for all of the hard asset accounting area
*Review of all hard asset SPC reports to investors
*Ensure payment and filing of taxes
*Oversee 2 private real estate funds
*Review of payments and journal entries
*Ensure overall investment structure integrity is maintained (for tax purposes)
*Oversee audit of SPC's etc.
*Correspond with US and Japan investors as well as with US/Japan tax and legal counsel

Requirements

*Accounting Manager should be a strong senior or low manager in a big 4 CPA firm
*Business Level English is preferred

Preferred Experience

*Private industry experience in any field is a plus but not required

*Person must be very detail orientated and able to manage many tasks at once
