Our client is one of the top largest affiliate service provider companies with top companies from various industries as clients, including an industry giant in the retail product markets.

The company has a strong solid financial background and are expanding at a steady pace every year. They are young, innovative, and many of their staff have international backgrounds. 2/3 of their staff are women with the average age around 32 so it is a fun, wonderful environment for both men and women who are ambitious and want to work for a great company.

Responsibilities

*Create and develop new customer base (all successful and accomplished giants from various industries) to utilize their affiliate programme to enhance their sales and business
*Once new customer base is established, then smoothly transition client to the Client Support and Sales Promotion Group
*Aggressive strategy and planning to entice non-clients to join forces and increase sales by becoming a client and use tailor made affiliate programmes
*Excellent presentation skills to immediately establish rapport with new clients, and promote the company brand as well as promote solutions to client's needs

Requirements

*Over 2 years B2B Sales experience (a must requirement)
*Minimum 2 years line manager experience
*High level of communication skills in Japanese
*Interest in the internet industry
*Aggressive sales and consulting skills while building trust and strong relationships with potential clients
*High level of problem solving skills
*Those with advertising industry experience preferred
*Bachelors and above degree
*Innovative and not afraid to suggest new strategies or ideas

*Experience in marketing and sales promotional items or business related to these areas
