Our client is one of the top largest affiliate service provider companies with top companies from various industries as clients, including an industry giant in the retail product markets.

The company has a strong solid financial background and are expanding at a steady pace every year. They are young, innovative, and many of their staff have international backgrounds. 2/3 of their staff are women with the average age around 32 so it is a fun, wonderful environment for both men and women who are ambitious and want to work for a great company.

Responsibilities

*Manage and assist operations for current affiliate programme clients by providing them with support and added value sales
*Strategy and planning for increased marketing/sales for current clients who use the affiliate programmes
*Take on clients brought in by the Client Development Group and assist with their marketing/sales strategies (each staff will handle 5 to 30 clients depending on the site's and Ecommerce complexity)
*Be able to calmly handle claims from unhappy clients and provide solutions and customer service while building stronger bonds and loyalty with them.
*Excellent presentation skills to immediately establish rapport with clients, and promote the company brand as well as promote solutions to client's needs

Requirements

*Over 3 years B2B Sales experience (a must requirement)
*Minimum 2 years line manager experience
*High level of communication skills in Japanese
*Interest in marketing strategies
*High level of problem solving skills
*Those with marketing experience preferred
*Bachelors and above degree
*Innovative and not afraid to suggest new strategies or ideas

Preferred Experience

*Experience in marketing and sales promotional items or business related to these areas
