Responsibilities

* Understand the customer's business and industry/technology trend in interactive digital TV market.
* Work with the customers to identify their business needs and define their requirements in the concrete manner and appliy solutions.
* Help the customers define their projects to implement the solution to resolve their requirements to grow the business
* Develop Proposals or any other documents required by the customers in order for them to proceed with the projects.
* Develop project plan which includes: System architecture definition, Resource allocation plan, Implementation plan toward end-to-end testing and the customer acceptance,
* Lead the project till the service launch
* Support IB business development as a member of Japan's presales team.
* Communicate with US and Australia team as needed to get product/solution update
* Provide necessary report to Manager and conform to Manager's direction as business as usual.

Requirements

* Ability to communicate effectively in English via email, telephone or in person and Native level Japanese.
* Have patience and ability to clearly articulate complex issues to team members and clients.
* Experience managing cross-disciplinary projects, including estimation and project plan development
* Ability to lead cross functional teams, by setting project objectives and managing to them
* Ability to interact with clients at a variety of levels and across functions, and manage client expectations to ensure client satisfaction
* Team building and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem analysis and debug skills.
* Ability to implement and test fixes for problems found in product source.
* Enjoys working with customers and internal development team
* Have an interest to work in an ”international” environment.

Preferred Experience

* C Programming, scripting and database knowledge
* MPEG Video and Audio technology
* Broadcast Equipment and Software tools
