·Our client is a large life sciences company with an HR team that works together closely. They are looking for someone who values open communication and employee relations.

Responsibilities

·Work with the HR team to provide new initiatives and solutions in HR.
·Lead the recruiting function, including candidate searches in all professional areas.
·Work in close partnership with executives and hiring managers to understand the business, and develop recruiting strategies to attract top quality talents by sourcing candidates from a variety of channels.
·Exposure across most HR functions on a daily basis, including payroll, allowances, pensions, social insurance, recruitment and HR system management
·Contribute in part to most HR functions to support team and develop skills in a Generalist sense

Requirements

·Over 3 years HR generalist experience.
·Must be assertive and able to work independently but also with HR team members on a daily basis.
·Excellent communicator in both Japanese and English.
