Company Description

Develop HR for a growing department at a stable, global manufacturing company.

·Our client is a truly global company with fast growing markets in Asia. A key department is expanding as a result and they are looking for a strong HR Manager to develop their HR structure.

Responsibilities

·Develop the HR structure for a growing department of over 200 employees.
·Design and implement a plan to incorporate company philosophy and guidelines into this department.
·Develop and implement performance assessment for employees and bonus system.
·Improve and design guidelines or rules for HR
·Work with regional HR Director and department director and participate in projects.

Requirements

·At least 5 years of generalist HR experience
·Strong communication and organizational skills for working with other departments and regional HR.

* Applicable Experience:
·Preferrable to have facilities or warehouse experience.
