Responsibilities
·Prepare and implement company’s personnel policies, practices and procedures.
·Recruit suitably qualified personnel to meet requirements of operating and functional areas.
·Supervise the salary administration plan be familiar with awards and market rates.
·Develop training plan, coordinate training programs to meet employee development needs. Training include orientation and induction, professional skills, leadership development.
·Supervise job evaluation and performance management programs.
·Ensure positive employee relations.
Requirements
·College degree or above.
·Minimum 2 years working experience in HR Generalist role.
·Familiar with local labor legislations.
