Responsibilities

·Create and implement recruiting strategy for sourcing high caliber candidates.
·Build an external network and recruit agency relationship management to hire top-level talents.
·Establish & maintain effective communication with global business units to drive effective activities.
·Manage entire hiring process.
·Plan and implement candidate assessment.
·Improve hiring process and implement global and local support/service system for recruiting.

Requirements

·Over 3 years of experience in Recruiting.
·Experience sourcing/recruiting for positions at all levels.
·Native level Japanese and business English skills.
·Ability to interact and work with a range of cultures in a company with a diverse workforce.

* Applicable Experience:
·Recruitment experience in Automotive is a plus.
